The rules governing your use of Endelea Finance and its services.
By downloading, installing, or using the Endelea Finance application or any associated web services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Endelea Finance Limited, a company incorporated in Kenya.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Kenya or East Africa to use the Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. You must not register on behalf of another person without their express written consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify us at security@endeleafinance.com of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts we reasonably suspect have been compromised.
One person may maintain one personal account. Financial advisors may maintain both a personal account and an organisational advisor account simultaneously.
Endelea Finance provides the following services (subject to your subscription plan):
Services are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes that reduce functionality you are actively using.
New users receive a 30-day free trial on their selected plan with full access to all features. No payment information is required to start a trial. Trials are available once per person.
After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscription prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices are billed monthly or annually as selected.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder notification at least 3 days before any renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you experience a billing error, contact us within 14 days and we will review and rectify as appropriate.
If a renewal payment fails, your account enters a 7-day grace period during which access continues and retry attempts are made. After the grace period, account access is suspended until payment is received.
All subscription payments are processed via Safaricom's M-Pesa Daraja API. By initiating a payment, you authorise Endelea Finance to send an STK Push request to your registered M-Pesa number. You confirm each payment by entering your M-Pesa PIN on your device — we never receive or store your M-Pesa PIN.
M-Pesa Ratiba standing orders are available as a convenient auto-renewal option. You may cancel a standing order at any time through your M-Pesa app or by contacting Safaricom. Cancellation of a standing order does not cancel your Endelea subscription — you must cancel separately within the app.
Payment disputes related to M-Pesa transactions should first be directed to Safaricom customer care. Contact Endelea if the issue involves a payment that was processed by M-Pesa but not credited to your account.
Financial advisors who subscribe to advisor plans represent that they hold appropriate professional qualifications and any regulatory licences required under Kenyan law to provide financial advice, including any applicable CMA licensing requirements.
Advisors may only access client data for clients who have explicitly connected to the advisor and granted data sharing consent through the platform. This consent may be withdrawn by the client at any time. Advisors must handle client data in accordance with all applicable data protection laws.
AI-generated financial reports are analytical tools intended to assist advisors — they do not constitute regulated financial advice and must be reviewed and validated by the advisor before being presented to clients.
Firms and organisations are responsible for ensuring that all advisor accounts within their subscription comply with these Terms. The organisation administrator is responsible for managing access and revoking accounts for departing staff promptly.

All content, technology, software, design, and trademarks within the Services are owned by or licensed to Endelea Finance Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without written permission.
You retain ownership of all personal data and financial data you provide to or that is captured by the Services. You grant Endelea Finance a limited licence to process this data for the purpose of providing the Services as described in our Privacy Policy. Detailed data rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law:
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Endelea Finance's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Services.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued before the date of termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Kenya with jurisdiction in Nairobi.
